We really enjoyed watching a time-lapse video done of our work on 70 Symonds Street so we thought we’d share it with you! You can watch 5 weeks of construction work in just 6 minutes!
This construction happened after 11 months of process around heat load analysis, detailed mechanical and structural design and project planning.
What you can’t see in this video is that we had the AC system back up and running mid-project, even while the remainder of the building works were being completed. It was vital to reduce disruption to the tenants as much as possible, which included keeping the downtime of air conditioning down to a minimum. Success!
